If you have a Bulging Belly then you are at a great risk of Health related problems. From Heart Attack to Diabetes, from Orthopedic problems to High Cholesterol level. You need to take Bulging Belly very seriously. There are tons of ways to get rid of extra body fats. From extreme diets to extreme exercise.

The most effective and result oriented way is to go slow and steady. Going all out one day and backing out the other bring more harm then good. You may chose to diet or exercise but what we will suggest is do both.

Jogging and Swimming are excellent exercise. Divide your week, Job three days for half an hour daily, Swim three day again for half an hour and take a day off.
